I think it's because Pisceans are aware.
We are the most aware, even when in our dreamy state, we are aware of what's happening around us and within ourselves. On a deeper level we are aware that everything is connected and everything happens for a reason and that in every tragedy there is a hidden gift and we search for it so to give meaning to the pain we encounter. We are aware that life is fleeting and will one day come to an end... so we live, we live passionately, crazily, wildly, with abandon, with tears, with laughter, with beauty... we live.

I think it's because Pisceans are aware.
We are the most aware, even when in our dreamy state, we are aware of what's happening around us and within ourselves. On a deeper level we are aware that everything is connected and everything happens for a reason and that in every tragedy there is a hidden gift and we search for it so to give meaning to the pain we encounter. Well, I know two distinctively different types of Pisces. Pisces women are either mellow, dreamy, down to earth and chill--or they have a personality they have created for themselves. That personality is either extremely hip, fashionable, or very girly. Pisces is a feminine sign so this is expected--although I believe it should also be in a Pisces nature to be more "go with the flow" but I think some try to fight against this and become... quite obnoxious. Pisces men are typically mellow, dreamy, and either extremely unevolved potheads or have their sh*t together in an amazing way.
Overall, I think dreaminess is a natural and positive quality in Pisceans.

Pisces can be a really bizarre sign. Neptune's influence brings foggy delusions one minute, intuitive clarity the next... who knows where it'll stop really. It's like a constantly spinning wheel of fortune in my mind at times.
This made me think of a really cool experience I had yesterday. My Scorpio friend and I drove to the top of a very tall mountain. When we got to the top, it was freezing and misty. I mean I could actually see white swirls of mist all around, and when we opened the car doors the mist even started swirling inside the car. Visibility was near nothing. We got out of the car and ran like kids up to the top of a peak in the mountain. We couldn't see a thing around us, but I think in normal visibility there would be a stunning panorama. Anyway, I stood right at the peak in the grass, and the wind blew so hard. I put my back to it and put my arms out and I actually leant into the wind... it was holding me up almost completely, and all around me was pure whiteness. Anyway, with the knowledge of a whole world around me, with the sense that I could fall any second, with the strangely comforting embrace of the icy wind and blinding mist, I felt really, absolutely clear. It's like what I feel about Pisces, you know... everything's so confusing and yet you get to this point where you realise yes, it IS confusing, and that's why it makes sense.
Anyway, I'm not saying this feeling is reserved for people with Pisces Suns or anything. I just mean that when Pisces or Neptune influences your life, natally or in transit or whatever, you start seeing things all convoluted and misty and swirly, and you see new things that are so different to anything before - not extreme things necessarily, but just 'different'. If you can connect all that stuff up into one universal whole even just occasionally... well, you can feel really, truly, wide awake.

* Come to think of it, my story could be easily taken as an argument for the 'dreamy' side of Pisces more than the 'awake' side... to a more practically-minded outside observer, I ran helter-skelter up a dreary mountain with numb fingers and standed precariously on top, laughing to myself like a fool for an extended period of time. Kind of makes you see why some people misunderstand (or shall we say 'alternatively interpret') Pisces at times. Ah well, my Scorpio friend (who also has Neptune in the 1st) seemed to be revelling in the waking dream just as much as I was, so popsicles all round!

we are bad asses.. but we do day dream alot.. and we very easly get lost in our partner
